For those who are unaware, Dakero is a former soldier, now unemployed, living in a small American town. He is currently laying low after his latest batch of exploits. He has graced the Current Events board with tales of his heroic adventures. A selection of them have been reproduced here. But we want more!

I like this blog, and it's good that the guy who runs it is a fan of Dakero. My only complaint is that there are a couple non-legit Dakero stories on here, and that in the profile description it states that Dakero is a former "soldier".
ReplyDeleteDakero was never a soldier in the sense that he was enlisted by the US military. Dakero attributes his abilities to training in many forms (IE he states that he spent a couple years in the circus, where he learned his acrobatics and knife throwing), but has never stated to be a soldier. I believe he would prefer the term "mercenary".
